Leo and Trinity's Dad invented a one-legged chair that tips people off. He’s now famous, but they aren’t sure if this is partly good or totally terrible.

Biography
Migs Eder is a New Zealand writer, still surrounded by the aftermath of the Christchurch earthquakes of 2010-2012. Streets are full of roadworks, damaged buildings gradually vanish, and her every trip to the supermarket is a voyage of discovery. But the beach is a few minutes walk away, and it’s much more peaceful than the one in the story.

There's a good pace set for this story, right to the end. It's quirky without being weird, and keeps turning unexpected corners without going off the tracks. Good characters, interesting setting, an entertaining read.Product details
